Solved Slicer error? Other error?

So... I started to print a nutcracker statue. Here's what the file looks like:



and here's what its printing:



The waist is all the wrong shape, and it completely forgot to put the shoulder part on. What could be happening?

 

Run the STL file through net fab and see what happens.

 

1. What software do you use for slicing?
2. Can you share us the STL file?

 

Using slicer for slicing. I uploaded it to netfabb and the fixed stl file produces a good looking gcode. Will print and let you know how it is.
