strange slowing down of extruder on some point

Hi,

got a strange problem that occurred during printing. The print was 3/4 finished and then suddenly on the short side of the print the extruder slowed down (see video what I mean. The first 3/4 of the print went fine. What can I do to solve it in the next print? It looks like it struggles a lot on that sort side

 

Are you using Repetier? I had the same issue and nobody believed me. All suggested it was a setting I changed or something. No changed and the previous print printed fine. Happens once in a while in Repetier.

So I switched to Matter Control and it does not do that.
