I just got my 3D printer 2 hours ago. Unfortunately, I can not use it. At first, I followed the STARTED VIDEO step by step. But when I try to fill in the filament It doesn't work. Then I opened the cover, what I saw is a part of broken filament stuck inside the tube and can not be taken out.

    Please help ~
    Thanks a lot ~

That's a simple fix. Heat up the nozzle to around 190 if it's the blue PLA that came with the Robo. Then cut off a little strip of the filament from the spool. Take the piece of filament that you just cut and slowly push down on the piece of filament. It will extrude with you pushing it through. Once you get it about an inch to a half inch below the filament hole you can then insert the filament and start running again. The extruded will just push the rest out and start working like normal.
