Thermistor for the E3DV5 is bad

Can anyone tell me where to find a replacement for the thermistor for the E3D V5? It didn't come with a resistor or the resistor wires. Both are missing. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement or specs on it?

 

ed3 doesn't use resistors.. it uses a heating cartridge (which comes with red wires already attached)

thermistor, resistors and heating cartridge are three different things..


thermistor description:
Semitec 100kOhm NTC Thermistor. (104GT-2)

heater cartridge:
12v 40w Ceramic Heater Cartridge

various online stores sell those items above but I would contact the seller to see if they'll send you replacements for your defective parts.
