    Hi all, Just wanted to share some great information about the helpful people on this forum. A couple of weeks ago I was banging my head against the wall with my new Robo3D printer trying to get it to work properly. I hopped on the Shoutbox and with the help and patience from Tesseract, Mike Kelly, and a couple of others we were able to diagnose several issues my printer. And since then I've had four successful prints.

    Thanks to the to the helpful forum members I'm really enjoying my Robo3D Printer.
    Oh thanks to Robo3D support Team also.

    With all of the great printer options out there, I think that a printer company can be made or broken based at least partially on the strength of the community. We've definitely got some good people on here.
