bild (1).JPG I am an international user, and I am trying to change the volt to European standard, but I don't have that red thing that is shown in the video. It seems I can't change volt. What should I do?
Should I buy a converter for a 220 volt cord or can anything go wrong?

First thing I would do is to report it to Robo3D people through their contact point at http://www.robo3dprinter.com/pages/technical-support and see what they say.

I wouldn't power it up on 240v in case you end up putting 24v to the board. Who knows what might happen.
