last night while making some new bed clips i lost one of the springs that holds the bearing against the plastic fillament so where can i get a replacement?
a list of standard parts like this might be of great help as well

To start I would just go to a local hardware store with the other one to see if you can find a close enough match. I'm pretty sure our local Ace Hardware has one that is good enough. Some have put a keeper nut on screw to keep the spring in place. I modified and printed a bearing idler with a thumb tab so I don't need to unscrew the screws all the way to change the filament. Also the printed screw caps make it much easier on your fingers to pinch the idler open when changing the filament.
