Partial Answer Why does my ditto have stretch marks?

I am changing Flow Rate. Feed Rate is still at the default value.

I talked to support and they told me to do it in the EEPROM like below. So I'll try that and report findings here.

 

I changed the steps/mm in the EEPROM. Results are below. It is slightly better but still not perfect.
