Solved Y axis end stop

I have just fitted a new v6 hot end. So, that was okay and I printed up a couple of bits before getting a temp fall error. I tightened everything and checked connections and it was fine again but my x would only travel right. This happens from time to time so I checked my wiring and eventually it was alright again but now my y axis end stop doesn't work, I checked the wires under the bed and the ones on the board but nothing seems to make any difference. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Okay- I checked my end stop and that responds fine- what's happening is that it is travelling too far forward, or trying to. This is when I auto home...
