Unresolved Z Axis 4 Inches Too High?

Just got a new extruder head and after the installation and making sure that it would extrude (unlike the default head that came with the printer.), we started a print and the Z-Axis jumps up about 3-4 inches off the bed and starts printing sporadically and wasting filament. Any idea?

 

Maybe your endstop brackets are out of position?
