    Check your Z axis screws. Did you come off of them? or where you off of them when you started your print and fell back onto them?

    What does your G code look like starting at the layer before this occurs and the layer afterwards? Do you see it telling it to fall further? What does Repetier show as you go layer by layer. Is it showing the drop?

    Check 2 things:

    1- Check if fan is turning on. I see your print really wobble because the plastic still hot;
    2- Check slic3r if the option "randomize starting points" is off

    Everynow and then I will have some issue like, big print, small print, it doesn't really matter it will happen. Dont forget that filament also effect prints, even overtime the filament start attracting moist and changing the printer's behavior

    I've been having this exact same problem! So there was something on the threaded Z-rod? What and where was it, or what did it look like and what kind of oil did you use?

    LeeOq, you should use a light machine oil or grease. Please do not use WD40.

    An oil that contains teflon would also be fine as would many firearm oils. You don't want something that acts like a degreaser (i.e. WD40) since it'll strip other oils off and doesn't work well for lubrication.

    I'm personally a fan of T9 which comes in a bicycle "variant" whose tip can be pierced with a needle to allow individual drops to be applied to a target suface.

    I know others have used lithium grease (I believe Tesseract uses this)

    Cool, but what was on the Z-rod causing the problem?
