@Jeff, it depends on what I'm making. When I make parts that take up a lot of the surface area, I tend to damage the tape when I remove the part. I'll patch it for a while, but eventually get to a point where its just too much of a mess and replace it.
Small parts, you can get a lot of use out of a single piece.

Maybe once or twice a week if I'm really doing a lot of printing.

Harry was recommending me a sheet or 2 of borosillicate glass plates, 10x10x.125"

    McMaster-Carr has it under P# 8476K21

Soupa ,Here is a post I made with useful item the sites are for the most part located in teh US but at least you can see what the things are
    http://forums.robo3dprinter.com/index.php?threads/useful-tools.644/#post-1609

As far as the .2 nozzle I am not sure if you are talking about the nozzle or the resolution. The robo uses a .4 nozzle but can do resolution or layer heights of 100 microns (.1mm) or even lower in some cases on some prints I personal use .2 or 200 microns all the time

Decreasing the actual nozzle diameter will change a lot of things due to the increased pressure need to extrude the thick material through the smaller diameter opening so please clarify what you are indeed asking.

the lowering adjustment you are talking about is done by adjusting the nozzle height from the bed itself and is usually based on the material and print it needs to be low enough to get good adhesion

basically you will get the rinter including the print bed and some filament both PLA and ABS if you get the ABS version then you need free software and some time to get it setup properly The tools are not an absolute requirement but will make life much easier to get things adjusted properly and wroking with cleaning up your prints

Te most common software the people use is repetier host and it comes with slic3r built in it is free and works with windows 7 You will need a driver for the USB serial port and that is available on this forum

It does not have direct connection for an SD card but there are LCD modules that are commonly used that do have SD card operability

ABS and PLA have different uses and characteristics hardness flexibility ease of use etc too many to go into right here but you can look them up and find out.

Carefully cleaning and scraping and cutting is how most of the prints are cleaned up
