The R2 uses what I believe is a 600 mm closed loop GT2 belt, but other than a spring that puts a king in the belt to tighten it, there is no real adjustment to tighten the belt at all. Someone with a C2 should be able to check the length of the corresponding closed loop GT2 belt. You also cant use a straight belt as there is no way to secure the ends. I made the model...
This is ready for someone to review/test. It is not a functional replacement, but a functional copy of the Robo UI. It needs someone to validate that it works and behaves the same as the original and to make notes of where things are different. Some resources may be wrong/missing (icons, etc) so make notes of these in the issues section. Again it is just the UI -- no control is actually implemented so you can't control the printer...
Started an issue with the plugin creator and his specific response was it wasn't designed for use with rPi camera and avconv so stuff would have to be rewritten. I can get it to stream outside of OctoPrint but it is inconsistent. will keep working on this.
This is a work in progress so please report if there are issues with your setup.

I haven't printed this yet but I have a model of a replacement top section of the extruder that will mount a E3D Titan extruder. It is not finished yet, but it is close. If anyone is interested here is the model. I am making it downloadable directly from A360 so anyone can play with it. Fusion 360 may be required.

While STL and OBJ types of files are useful for printing and static designs, they are less than easy to modify for any special needs or improvements. This is just a poll asking Robo to release the model source file in whatever native CAD format that it was created in. At the very least releasing the model as a STEP (.stp preferable) or IGES (still usable) would also allow for easier modifications.
