John, Did the printed blocks placed under the Z axis motor solve the ringing/sine wave pattern problem? If so, can you upload your design? Thanks!

The guide rods for the Z are attached to that same piece of plastic the motor/leadscrew combo are attached to as well. The whole thing pulses up...
