    On start-up screen shows robo logo then turns black

    As Mark said, update it... I had the same issue and I just reinstalled the OS I had to go through a few updates but its back and good as new...

    If the print isn't sticking to the build plate, does that mean I need new tape?

    I did it! I did it! I fixed it myself! I unscrewed the screw that holds the hot end in place and was finally able to pull out the jam! WOOOO!!!...
