The bed of my printer has had this problem ever since I got it. So basically when I print anything or calibrate it the range which it can print is offset from the markings and heater underneath the bed. id like some help with fixing this or knowing why its like that. And underneath, the bed cannot move any further in either direction

this is it calibrating around the bed image2.PNG

its hard to tell but it is very offset from the lines and the heater underneath image1.PNG

First, the markings on the bed are meaningless with the R1/R1+. They are decoration and not actually meaningful.
That said, you should have the bed heater mostly centered. It may vary slightly because that is not the worlds greatest heater.

    So ignore the lines.

Ditto. Graphics are basically racing stripes and advertising.
The heater is smaller than the actual printable area. I've only had issues with heating on my largest prints that used almost all the available print area.
