Good evening, New to me printer First Gen Robo R1 with drawer style bed rollers. Im having trouble with the printer calibration? After a few failed prints of random stuff I printed a Test Circle and this is what I got...

    Extruder temp: 210
    Bed temp: 50
    IXCC PLA

    MatterControl 1.6

You need to adjust all of the axis belt tensions and manually level the bed for starters.
If this really is a "first gen" Robo (a beta machine) then it doesn't have autoleveling. If it is a "second gen" R1 then it does and it is clearly not working correctly ;)

We can tell you specifically what machine it is with pictures of specific parts and we can help sort you out.

I didn't think there were any rail style beds out in the wild still. Would you be willing to take a few pictures? I'd like to see that set up :D

Hey! I still have one unconverted as of yet.
Not that it gets a ton of use :)

    Thanks guys :)

    - The belts have a spring on them that looks to self tension with room to grow... Stronger springs?

    - The bed doesn't have any leveling options that I can see, Its mounted on two shelf rails. The only leveling I know how to adjust is by turning the two long Z axis bolts separately which corrects for X axis leveling.

enjoy the pics and THANK YOU in advance

    -Rob

Replace the the those plastic posts with stiff springs and then you can level the bed by tightening or loosening the screws...Simple and horribly effective.

Eventually you can convert to the linear rods the newer ones use. Parts list and instructions on thingiverse

I still have one with those same springs :)
I need to print the bits and convert it to the linear bed, but

    A) it is working fine like that
    B) there is always something else to distract me
