We've been printing like crazy, but today my Robo just started shutting down mid print.

Now it's shutting down before it even gets a chance to do the 9 point bed prob.

    What do you guys think?

Hook up to MC and see if I'm getting an error message?

That is your only option :)
Probably "Temperature fell too much during print" if I had to take a S.W.A.G.

    Hmmm...

I sent a print from MC. It went to home position and shut down. Then it came back on and started it's 9 point. and is now starting to print, but the scale is way off. It's printing the item at like 300%

    Crazy

I take that back. MC had raft on. It's the correct size.

I think something might be going on with my power supply.

I got a cold extrusion error, but it didn't stop. It was still at 189 degress. I went to turn my temps up and then it shut down.

The cold extrusion is due to a poor choice of settings in the firmware. It should be closer to 170 than 190.
However they set it there stock in at least one release of the Robo firmware... which is silly.

That's what Robo said as well. They said to pull it out and blow it off and re-seed it

Might work. Sometimes it just gets loose and reseating it will sort it in a R1.
In the R1+ this is almost never the case since it is the metal canister style....

    Does it generally need replaced?

Yes, sadly it does. Also (although not AS sad) only Robo has the direct replacements for these. Have them ship you one.

@WheresWaldo and myself have experimented with some of the cheap Chinese off-brand ones and there are some that will likely work as spares.

Still try reseating it. That is free.

What do you think the chances are of that fixing it?

There was that little silicon around the thermistator that came off. Do I need to be concerned with that?

    Let's see what happens....

No, some plastic/silicone etc. should not be a real issue. That might have been something they added to "encourage" them to stay in place.

Darn. That only lasted a couple days. I think I need a new thermistor.

Here's some of the Gcode that I'm having returned.

    upload_2017-4-17_20-27-12.png

It would turn off while doing the 9 pt probe, then shut down and restart. Then it just started printing right where it was.

    No temp error here

That is a very small fraction of the log -- you have to scroll all the way back to find the errors.
