I tried to adjust z off-set to make enough space between the hotend and the bed, but still not work well. :'(

@mclemens7 i think you should rethink that advice. Using the host program to "set" a z offset can be more problematic then helpful. You may want to offer up how to set it via the start up gcode

Edit: @Ryan TeGantvoort has it covered nevermind :D

ok, i was just thinking an easy way that would do the same thing as typing in the command.

The macros buttons do silly stuff like save to eeprom. You really dont want to do that as it can bite you. You'r best bet is following the advise above and inserting the offset permanently into your start up script so its applied to each print and not something that can be erased clearing eeprom compounding issues. Same though process as not saving esteps to eeprom but instead flashing modified firmware :D. You can do as you'd like, but easier is not always better when troubleshooting with someone ;)

Hey guys, thanks for all your replies
This was solved by one of the technicians during ROBO tech appt. It was combined with too tight spring screw, z axis switch loose, and offset not correct
