I don't understand I am using the v2 Firmware from the ROBO website with Simplify3D. Auto level never works now one side tow low the other to high. I remove the auto level command G29 the bed is shimmed and leveled. I get it to print a perfect first layer I use the same setting changing nothing all wrong one side tow low the other to high I use the g-code off set in Simplify3D.

    Start default Simplify3D -G29

    G28 ; home all axes

    G29 ; probe the bed

    G1 Z5 F5000 ; lift nozzle

M109 S[extruder0_temperature] ; set the extruder temp and wait

    G1 X0 Y0 ; move to begin wipe

    G1 X20 Z0 F4800 ; wipe

P.S. I did not see this same problem on the search but sorry if it on forums.

Simple answer? Dont do the G29. Manual leveling is superior. If you already did it ... use it. I dont auto level most of mine.

The technical answer for why it misbehaves is two-fold.
    1) the marlin ABL used by robo is basic and simplistic.
    2) it will not compensate for a bed that is not flat glass

So it will compensate for a titled bed plane but not a wavy one

I removed G29 I get all my setting perfect good first layer I start the print over right after I get the first print off now one side of the bed is seemingly higher but cheek the height with a paper and it is fine start print its not.

Then you dont have it level. Print a 1 layer test print and adjust it and test print. when it is correct then you have it manually leveled. Here is an example. Size it to fit bed.

Z switches out of position :)
They read one value one time and another the next.

If you are twisting the Z rods to do your leveling you are not going to ever be totally happy. You need to reposition the Z switches to adjust it. There is a set screw on the switch bracket you can loosen and then slide the switch up/down as needed to fine tune it. You may need to watch both sides to make sure they are triggering as close together as possible.

Manual leveling is work... that is why Robo tried to make it easier :)

And this is what Autoleveling is intended to do -- save your sanity.
Correctly done it works OK. Is it as good as manual leveling? Meh... not IMHO, but it is better than manual leveling. That is work. It is work you generally only do once in a great while, but it is work. <shrug> you do it enough and you get good and quick(er) at it. Still takes us at least 1/2 hour to do a complete (and good) manual leveling.
