    1. I successfully printed an item from my SD card on my Robo R1+ and it printed fine using glow-in-the-dark PLA filament.

    2. I printed an item from my SD card using NijaFlex, and it got tangled up. I opened up the feeder and untangled the NijaFlex.

    3. I tried to reprint item #1, with the glow-in-the-dark PLA filament and it looks like the attached photo. It seems that the resolution has deteriorated.

Q1. Is there a software or hardware setting that I need to adjust? I'm using the same file in my first print as in my third print, so I'm thinking that the print settings in the gcode file should still be the same.

Q2. Even better: Is there a way to reset the R1+ to factory settings?

You're printing above the bed. By taking apart your extruder you likely changed its position a bit, and need to recal your bed Z offset.

indeed. Z offset is to far away or a z switch is out of position.

Yup – that was the problem. Too far from the bed. I adjusted the z-axis and all is well. Thank you for your help, gents!
