   replaced hot end with R1+_SP_HEXAGONHOTEND_1.75. from robo3d.com. now temo for hot end says 111c even before i heat up hot end how to fix.

   Most likely the thermistor is damaged or the wiring to it is incorrect.
   Assuming you were not having the problem before you did the swap.

   i switched the wires and seems to be heating fine. no i just need to readjust z offset
