I do not have the fine tune Z option under the wizard section. I also have noticed that my menus look different than those of you tube. I can only assume I have an old firmware version.

Anytime it's connected to your network it will prompt you if an update exists.

You can also force it to check for updates via the LCD

I can get the steps for you if you can't figure it out.

I would suggest that everyone upgrade to the current Robo Firmware and RoboOS software package, then immediately make a backup of their µSD card image. Then if anything goes wrong, you have a backup to restore and you don't have to go through another upgrade cycle when and/or if you need that backup.

I would suggest doing one before that too in case the system got hosed during the update... can be deleted afterwards.

OK. Stupid question where is the SD card at? and how to back it up? I have already updated the RoboOS.

Inside the bottom section inserted into the Raspberry Pi 3. You will need to do this on a PC or Mac.

Remove the µSD card from the printer
Insert it into a card reader attached to your PC
Run appropriate software to create a disk image of the µSD on your PC
Re-insert the µSD into your printer

Those are the basic instructions. There are more detailed sets all over the internet on how precisely and what software to use to make your cloned image. For Windows, Win32DiskImager is probably the best one to use, I cannot recommend any Apple software.

Under the bottom of the printer. There is a plate you can pop up and see the electronics (with the bed near the top of the Z) and you can see the Raspberry Pi in there. SD card is plugged into the bottom of that.
