    HELP!!!

I recently moved and when I unpacked (shipped in the original packing) my Robo 3d no longer seems to work. I loaded software onto a new computer (Windows 10 v1803), updated, followed all the directions but consistently get disconnected with an "invalid printer response" error. I've tried changing the baud rate to no avail. The printer gets 90-95% through the warm up then just disconnects... I have also tried different printer cables & USB ports. nothing seems to help. I even tried loading the Alpha software to see if that would fix it... NOPE!!!

    Thanks in advance!!!

So what do you have in the GCode terminal?
Look in there for errors or save it off to a text file and upload it.

I was printing the "test ring" that came with the software install. No modifications.

So copy and paste the entire gcode terminal results from whatever software you are printing from into wordpad, save it and upload it :)

We need to see what the printer is telling the computer.

The "invalid printer response" will be in there somewhere.
