I'd try a different program. Mattercontrol is a poorly made, bug crawling program. It's like one of those $5 Go Phones that break after about a day and never seem to work again. Check out Simplify3D! In the rare case that my Robo actually prints, Simplify3D works great. I even heard there's a bay full of pirates where you can download a trial too!

I think it's common knowledge MatterControl is a poorly made program. You can read hundreds of complaints about it, right here on the forums. I have the latest version downloaded (MatterControl), but now use Simplify3D.
MatterControl constantly has issues, it's slow, I recall the temperature would glitch after I set it manually, etc.
Too many issues for me, more worthwhile to spend the money on Simplify3D.
Probably gonna have to spend the money on a different printer as well, as I've had it with the daily DIY to print out a deformed shape that I wasn't expecting. I've had a shipment already of replacement parts, and now I'm experiencing issues which seemingly have no resolution.
    See my thread here; http://community.robo3d.com/index.php?threads/printer-warping-non-abs-prints.8027/
This isn't the right thread for my complaints.

I believe it. I'm just saying that I am getting great prints without any issue.

Looks like you got lucky with your printer. Me, well. Not so much. I honestly feel like throwing the whole thing out the window. Support won't even email me back...

  15. All you have to do is go to File>Add Printer>Edit>Remove (All exsisting printer profiles)>Add New R1/R1+>Connect then it should appear. MC isn't the best software out there. You can try Repetier or Cura, they're free.
