    Hello everyone,

I am new to 3D printers. I recently purchased a Robo R1+. I set it up per the instructional video and tried to print the calibration circle. It seem like the printer wants to print off the Y axis print bed. I usually end up with a 1/3 of a circle. I have tried adjusting the X Y axis center and moving the circle. Robo tech support couldn't help ("We've never heard of that problem"). Has anyone had problems like this? Is there a fix?

Get on the phone with them and/or do a video conference and show them.

My *guess* would be something blocking the Y axis. That is the most common problem. A cable or something is blocking the bed from travelling to the ends of the Axis. Try moving the bed manually. Lift the bed up and move it manually (see what might be getting in the way).

The bed heater was blocking some of the movement. It seem like the print head is not following the print programs now. I ran the calibrate square program and the extruder would lay down the first layer then move a few mm, lay down a second, move a few...etc. has anyone seen that before?

Check the belt tension for X and Y
That loose like something loose on the belt drives (I assume you are certain nothing else is mechanically getting in the way).

I have never heard off this problem, but try adjusting the bed level/auto bed leveling.

I think something is loose or you dont have proper leveling. Is your firmware up to date?

Firmware won't help this. It is a mechanical issue of some sort.
