Unanswered Is this an outline overlap issue?

    It appears that my prints infills are not making enough contact with the borders. I'm using Simplified 3D and believe this can be fixed by increasing the infill outline overlap. Can anyone confirm this is a correct fix? I'm currently at 20% outline overlap, anyone should I go to 25 or 30% if this is the fix.

    That could very well be a z offset issue. Whats your start up script? Do you have the coast feature on? If you upload your fff id be hapoy to give it a read for you
