    Hi!
I've just got my ROBO3D R1 plus and so far, the machine has worked pretty good with PLA provided with the printer.
I've just received some HIPS filament and clearly, it does not work the same way at all.
Looks like my main problem right now is to have it to stay on the bed. I've tried different temperature for the bed.
From 60 to 115 C based on different infos found on the web. And for the head, I went from 220 to 235 C .
I've tried Hair spray and glue stick without any success.
Look like the layers are melting to each other correctly. I'm using a .40 nozzle.

I'm planning to go E3D but I'm not sure that would change anything.
    For printing, I'm using Simpyfy3D.

Not sure what other info I could provide.

Hope someone got some intel on this case as I have great expectation for HIPS as a material for my needs.

    Thanks
    S

    Thanks Mark.
I'll try the 250 C (I believe I did already as I did read those posts) but it looks more like an adherence problem on the Bed. The Flow of HIPS and the the layering looks to be OK.
I'll try tonight with a clean bed without Hairspray or Glue stick.....
Maybe you guys could create profile for the other filament.... ;)

    Best
