I ordered an E3D printhead to swap out the stock print head and out of angst, I very stupidly decided to disconnect it from the arduino shield before actually receiving the new head. Now, I have finally received the E3D and I completely forgot which terminals it hooked up to, so I decided to do some research and I discovered that most Robo 3D's come with the RAMPS shield and the D10 terminal is meant for the hotend, but I don't seem to have a D10 terminal and my shield is black in color so I'm not even sure I have a RAMPS shield. I have a Robo 3D R1 Plus and I ordered it from Amazon. I included pictures to indicate what I'm talking about. Can someone please help me solve this?

    http://community.robo3d.com/index.p...and-rewiring-to-make-generic-ramps-work.8356/

This is my thread on going from the different r1+ board to a generic ramps. It takes you through the differences if your wanting to know why its different than the r1. i assume its cheaper and everything has a connector so cheaper to assemble. D10 is d9 on the r1+ board (hotend)

Edit: sorry i didnt notice this other question. Yes its still a ramps board, just one specific for the r1+

Interesting because I also have an R1+ and the board is grey and there seem to be some differences... mainly in the fan area (bottom right in your pic).

I guess they have multiple customized versions

I think they only difference is the style connectors for the wiring and i think the physical placement on the board. I got a ramps fan warrantied through them that had a different connector than my board. Not a huge deal but a little annoying :)

Seems like you have those 4 white terminal connectors. I have only 2 normal male pin sets

Would be the first we have heard of 'yet another custom ramps' but entirely possible. Share a pic so we can at least document it.
