New, out of the box it was scraping the glass. Not leveling correctly. I added the M565 Z-1.0 in the g code and that helped a bit, but only on the right side of the bed.

I can't find where to disable auto leveling in MatterControl, thus I don't know if it is even activated or off like it should be. It is not in the OPTIONS/Hardware area that is shown in the screenshots on their website.

The "Has hardware leveling" is checked however.

I have added a photo of an item that should be printing the same on the left as the right. Any suggestions?

Conduct a paper leveling. Your x axis is not level with your y.

New to 3d printing. Is there a link to info on how to do that?

Thebest way to level the x is with a piece of paper. Lower the print head to the bed on the good side until you just feel drag on the piece of paper. Power down the printer. Then slide the nozzle to the other side and spin the threaded rod on that side while hold the other threaded rod u til the paper feels the same on both sides. If its crazy skewed after that i suggest shimming the bed...but only after a proper paper leveling.

Do I lower the print head by hand as well or using the control software?

It didn't work. I was skeptical, because isn't that the reason for the auto level?

The weird part is it did print all of the little test dollups in the right places.

    What to try next?

What is your start up script ? If its not extruding on one side only then on that side isnt level. Are both z switches correct(probably not the issue but go ahead and check)

    G28 X0 Y0 Z0 ; home all axes
    G1 Z5 F5000 ; lift nozzle
M109 S[temperature] ; set the extruder temp and wait
G28 X0 Y0 Z0 ; Home Z again in case there was filament on nozzle
    M565 Z-1.0;
    G29 ; probe the bed

It would be the start up script that came with it, other than me adding M565 Z-1.0 to the GCode, because it didn't print at all the first pass. This is brand new. Should I raise that switch on the left side?

The switches should be pressed at all times. That's how the printer detects the nozzle is touching the build plate (for homing).

Problem solved. The solution was to use reading glasses which will allowed my old eyes to see that a wire fell loose from the left leveling switch.
