Solved NOW extruder does not work!!!???

OMG, i have made two prints that looked good. Now the steppemotor of the extruder does not work anymore.

what i tsted was the following.
1. see if everything was connected.
2. swapped the steppen drivers on the board.
3. tested the steppemotor by connecting it to another connection on the board.

ALL are good and do not reveal the problem. While i am typeing this i can do one thing and that is reflash the unit again. To see if it works then.....

Can someone confirm what flash i should use??? how can i see what Robo3d i have? I bought this thing in 2014 as one of the first.

Reflashed it, but is is stil the same...everything works, but not the extruder (extrude or retract)

yes i am trying to turn the extruder when it is cold. Normally it works (also when it is cold)
If the powr supply is turned OFF i can turn the mechanism. When the power supply is turned ON i can also turn the mechanism.
I will try to warm the extruder first and try it then...

 

Am i stupid or what....when warm it works......problem solved...
