I test printed a cube, cube and pyramid and all printed great to the correct dimesions. See the box in the picture below. The next picture is a part that I am trying to print out and it is string and breaks apart. Have no clue why one part prints one way and bad the next time. Any help would be great!

That can be either a bad model or something wrong with the print settings.
Since the others look good I'd suspect the model.

However, that is a hollow model which means that slicer settings around wall thickness and layer size matter.

I print this same model on other robo3d printers and they print perfectly.

Season the hotend. Also that looks like the sample blue filament? Possibly try using a different spool. I do suggest for PLA (as many others do as well!) to print and oiler from thingiverse and use it whenever running pla as it likes to jam up and clog and just not work so great :D . My vote is mode issue or micojams from not being seasoned.

It seems like it is printing good but is almost skipping a layer when printing. I will try to get some video.

Yes, it looks like junk... it is clearly not working as far as printing and something is off with the Z height.

    But...

If it were the printer (hardware/firmware) You would see that on any model that is the same dimensions (at least the same height).
Clearly that is not the case. So that rather rules out a pure mechanical failure of the Z axis.

There are other differences though, this is not a solid model and your test ones are.

P.S. I assumed the good test models were recent/current prints and not from, say, before you made changes?

Well, that is inter-layer bonding failing.
I would try slowing it down, but sanity check that your layer heights and wall thickness are sane as well.
Lastly it might be temperature related, you could be a bit cold.
