Unresolved doesnt heat up.

    hey guys ran into an issue a couple of days ago and still unresolved. the nozzle doesnt heat up. the thermister seems ok and reads temp but just doesnt heat up at all. this is how it stays

    Hello, can you switch to a different slicer and see if it heats? You can also check the connections both at the extruder (where the heater plugs into the wiring) and on the ramps board under the printer. Are there any errors in your gcode console?

    also if you could provide the following information
    1.what printer do you have
    2. any modifications
    3. slicer (looks like matter control)
    4. what happened before the issue started if anything and what checks you have done so far

    Please export the entire GCode console. There is likely an error in there somewhere.

    Mark is very good at trouble shooting the printers. I have faith he will get you printing again.
