Unresolved Larg 3d print gone messy in z axis after 4 hours of printing

    here is the best I can do for that model. Hope it helps. I honestly dont think matter control is a strong enough slicer to do this with (opinion not fact)

    noway to find out what that remaining error is and fix it? if it cant happen send me the model the way it is

    There probably is but i have never gone that far with it so i dont know how.

    If a simple repair doesnt do it i lean towards remodel. Sorry i know thats not super helpful.

    What software did you use to design this? I downloaded the file, opened in S3D, and WOW there are hundreds of issues. I would look at using a different software for creating your models. I attached screenshots of the 2 repair checks within S3D.

    it was done using google sketch up, could u send me the repaired file ?

    I did not repair it, but if you give me the native SketchUp file, I will convert and I should be able to import into SolidWorks. Then create the STL for you. Or I can look in SketchUp to see if there are some changes that need to be made for creating STL files.
