Unresolved Poor infill

    Hi everyone,
    I'm trying new nozzle 0.8 but I got poor infill I tried to change the settings many times but still got the same result.
    Nozzle d 0.8
    First layer h 0.2- 0.3- 0.4 -
    Layer h same
    Top solid layers 5
    Bottom solid layers 3

    looks like the infill is breaking apart, try increasing temp or reducing sped. with a .8 nozzle I print no faster than 40 mm/s

    I agree, unless you have a volcano adapter.

    Hey, laugh not.
    That is the entire point of the volcano -- to let you print large nozzles without slowing down.
    You totally know that ;)

    Actually it is 40% speed, the walls are good but the infill is poor it's like there is not enough filament go through the nozzle when it comes to the interior parts
    Unfortunately I don't have volcanoe

    Print speed is not the same (not necessarily) as infill speed (this is a slicer specific setting).
    I would suggest making sure it is slower.
    Alternately you can try changing the infill pattern since different patterns lay down different amounts of plastic.
