Solved New r1+ printing way high

Just got the r1+ yesterday and everything was going good until my computer decided to update in the middle of a print. Now when i start a new print it auto levels fine but starts the print about a half inch above the platform. How do i get it back down.

 

I watched the video but it doesnt seem to be any of those issues, before the print it goes through the motion of checking the level and the nozzle touches the bed in 6 spots but when it starts the first layer it is about a half inch high. Im using matter control on my computer. Is it possible that my computer turning off mid print cause a calibration issue?

 

Try sending M502 and then M500 commands to reset it. You can send these commands via the terminal window in Matter Control.

 

Ill try that when i get home, i just did a restore on my other computer so im going to see if it works on that one. I also ordered the xxl lcd screen so i dont run into the same issue. Would any of you recommend using another program besides matter control.

 

Uninstalled mattercontrol then reinstalled, fixed this problem.
