    Hello,

I just got a new Robo3d R1 Plus two days ago. It was working fine on 10 or so prints. I removed one print and started to do next print and it was not working right. If I print the default test circle, it is rough outline and then the inner circle is out of line. More space at top than the bottom. Please help. Tech upport is not available until Tuesday afternoon.

    Thanks,

    Mike

Thank you. While the vidoes did not hit in my problem. I was able watch one and figure out it was a loose belt on Z axis. Thanks for the links. It's printing smooth now.

Still getting a little warping while printing PLA at 210c and bed at 60c. Using glue stick.

Warping is a heat management problem. Use as little as possible. If that does not help then it may be a bad spool since PLA doesnt want to warp much normally

I used to get warping a lot as well but I started using hairsprayinstead of glue stick and it seems to hold it down better than glue stick however I find that a combination of the 2 work best with abs
