    Yeah i never heated it the firs ttime i removed it and put it back on.... So I think that was my first mistake, the second mistake was tightening it too tight to the point i cant get it off. Will try to do the heating part, but how do i go about doing that without getting burned? if there a video tutorial I can watch with minimal talking? Im hearing impared and voices are hard to hear even if i crank up the volume.

    No video I am aware of. The two wrenchs will touch the hot bits ... not your fingers :)

    With practice it get easier.
