3D printer printing as normal and out of nowhere it shutdown completely. Restarted everything and it seems to be working again until 15 minutes into the print same thing happens but this time printing stops lights turnso off but fans are still going. On matter control gives me a message indicating that there was a hardware error and code m999 I've read that I can be the thermistor that may be loose but symptoms don't match up to what's happening to my printer.

You need to scroll back through (or save it as a text file and search through) the entire GCode console.
Look for the error "Temperature fell too much" which is a thermistor problem.

While at it sanity check that the small fan on the bottom of your printer is always running.

Fan on the bottom right front of your printer, s it running? Most times a power cycle helps but not a fix and it will wreck your day

Verified the GCode and yes theres a message that the temp is too low and makes my printer completely shut down. How do I get to the thermistor to verify that its not loose. Is there a video I can watch like a tutorial to get to it?

Both Side fan and Bottom fan are on constantly while printing but cant check prolonged times since printer shuts down due to error.

Is the fan on the bottom sucking or blowing out of the case ?

Most times if lights and all goes out its the fan causing the boards to overheat.

Do I just open the bottom panel to check to see if it not blocked or anything? There wouldnt be a problem?

Yes you can do that, or put your hand under the printer to feel if it's working. It blows pretty hard into the case

It will feel identical to your part cooling fan if you turn that on.

There is no video for removing the thermistor. I can find you one on ghe hexagon assembly which includes the thermistor.

Either it is loose and moving around or it is physically damaged.

Then the fan is in working order im stillngoimg to open the bottom panel to clean it out just in case. Before hand I saw the gcode and it said the temp is too low while printing.

Yes that's most likely a loose connection or damaged thermistor like @mark tomlinson has pointed out follow the wires to the first black connector unplug and reseat, then there is a connection on the ramps board you'll want to reseat that as well if problem persists replace

Disconnected and reconnected wires and it worked for a while and got a few prints off but anything that required more than an hour of print shuts it down again and gives me the same error. So its a damaged thermistor. So where can I order replacement part and how to install it? Unfortunately I haven't been able to learn how to actually souther yet so Im afraid to attempt something as delicate as that but I guess I have to learn sometime. Where can I get the thermistor needed to replace it?
