Unanswered 2 questions or issues

1. the circular base that spins that rods spins but seems the rod sometime doesn't spin cauing one side to move and the other to stay stationary. is this a matter of just tightening the screw on the metal cylinder? ( going to go buy the bit head today)

2. is it a hardware issue or software issue when about to print it touches all point on the bed, but when it gets to the actual object it prints above the bed.

 

1) yes tighten the set screw, your printer should have come with a tool kit with the allen wrench included.

2) Probably related to the loose set screw. Otherwise your Z offset is too great
