3D DXF to STEP?

    Does anyone know of a good tool for converting a 3D DXF file to something I can work with in another CAD program? I'd prefer a step or iges file. I have access to a autocad license at work, but really shouldn't be using that for personal use. I can export to stl, but not to any CAD neutral files like step.
