Partially Solved 9 point Bed leveling only works once after reinstall

I just bought the Robo3d R1 and I can't say that I am impressed with it's reliabillity.
The first few testprints went well, a few temperature tweaks and the quality was fine. Then all of a sudden it stopped doing the 9 point bed leveling and started getting gaps in the prints being way off on the level.
Reinstalled software (mattercontroll) and driver and it leveled once and then no more.
Anyone know if this is a bugg or some other issue? According to the G-Code it should do it.

G28 X0 Y0 Z0 ; home all axes
G1 Z5 F5000 ; lift nozzle
M109 S[temperature] ; set the extruder temp and wait
G28 Z0 ; Home Z again in case there was filament on nozzle
M565 Z0
G29 ; probe the bed

I dont mind tuning a product but getting settings perfect and then spending hours next time I need a print just doesn't cut it.
