A little concerned. Is this normal?

Understandable. I can only imagine what it must be like going from crowdfunding a project to dealing with a high volume of orders with only a handful of people to handle it all.
Braydon has been nothing but respectful and he has had his hand in my order all the way along which makes me feel good knowing that somebody who cares is running the ship.
My only concern was the lack of a response to some of my emails, but I never really took it into consideration how busy they must be.
I'm confident now that once they get everything fleshed out in their production and support this will be an excellent company to do business with.

 

Just a little update for everybody: I received an email from Jerry today and then a confirmation email that my order has shipped!
Can't say I'm not super-excited about it, I can't wait!
