I put the e3d v6 into my robo yesterday and then manually lowered the nozzle to the bed and got one good print now the nozzle stops a few millimeters above the bed and starts extruding while giving me a hit z stop warning how do I adjust the z end stop to allow my nozzle to go lower?

Do you have a beta printer, or an R1/R1+?

If it's performing the autoleveling you'll need to reduce your Z offset a bit
