bed temp is 95 on first layer 90 after that
extruder is 220 the 210 after first layer. I have been printing fine for a week or so until my heat bed wire sheered off. I have fixed that but now my plastic is not coming out of the extruder.
I can manually force it threw. I have seen some mention of a hobbit bolt to switch out. where can I get one to fix my robo3d printer diameter 1.75. if possible please provide a link. I have tried a lot of thing including clearing the teeth etc nothing fixes it. here is a pic also I am at the middle of my first spool 2.2 lbs There is a lot of twisted tension I can see from plastic coming off the spool.
    Thanks fro any help.
    Neal

it is an easy swap maybe 5-8 minutes depending on you just remember position the washers so the recessed part aligns directly with the hole where the filament goes in.

Swapped out the bolt. this fixed the issue. If this is a common issue I hope future shipments of the printers will have the new bolt.
    Thanks

Yes! The China built ones (if mine is a typical example) already have the grooved, hobbed bolt. And now I have an extra 'cause I had already purchased one ahead of getting the printer.

Can someone post a picture of what a bad hobbed bolt looks like, so I can compare what I have with the good bolt and the bad bolt?

    Thanks,

    Marty

The pic at the top of the thread looks like the 'bad' one.

Marty the recessed area is very evident it simply is a groove in the bolt and inside the groove are the hobbes(is that a word)

If it's not a word, it should be. :)

    Thanks.
