I am sure the print quality will be fine, but the model quality is rough. Looks like a pretty much direct from scan. No post processing.

Here you go unretouched, 3 angles.
Focus a little hard on the camera.

OK, thanks. What do I owe you? I guess the issue is with my machine then. What settings did you use to print with?

When I look at your pic of the split print it certainly looks like the print split AFTER it was printed. The edges of the split are so fine I just can't imagine the printer has actually done that. Maybe I am just lacking some imagination?

Anyway if I had to guess the reason for a split I would say

    - Extruder temp too low or
    - Infill % too high or
    - cooling fan running too fast (or should not be on at all) or
    - ambient temp too low.

Attached is the profile I used. Basically 30% infill, PLA at 190, bed at 50. A better photo as well. Needs post-processing, but not bad.

Ahha, I bought a new hexagon hot end and after some monkeying around, got every thing sorted out. Had a really nice print and am running another. I can post a pic later on.
thanks everyone for the help and suggestions.
