Solved any tutorial on disassembling Hexagon hotend that comes with new R1 3d printer?

as i mention on title

i dont find much information about it..
i want to change nozzle size and cleaning the hotend..

 

Grip the flat part of the hexagon with the supplied 4.5mm wrench. Using an adjustable wrench loosen the nozzle being careful not to put any torque on the heatsink.

Basically it's assembling it in reverse:
