at my wits end

    ok guys i have messed with this thing all day . i got it to get hot the i lost connection . last 6 hours trying to get it to connect. have tried everything i have found on the site to get it figured out but nothing so far . keep in mind i haven't had it a week so the aggravation is kicking in big time. if someone thinks they can help please do so and you might want to treat me as i dont know anything lol . thanks

    did you check your device manager to see if it's showing up

    nothing out of the ordinary in device manager. in devices and printers the com 5 is unspecified
