Unresolved auto leveling problem

I am having issues getting my bed to auto level correctly. It does the nine points perfectly until it comes to the second row, it will miss hitting the bed completely. But for the first and third row it will hit the bed and the z-stops will click.

I've adjusted the x-axis rods multiple times and unscrewed the left Z-axis endstop to readjust it to the right place. I've pretty much isolated the problem to the left z-axis endstop not triggering on the second row of auto leveling. My issue is that I can't figure out how to get it to stay and click as it does for the first and third rows.

I've provided a video of my printer auto leveling, any and all help to fix this will be GREATLY appreciated. As this is the third time I've had auto leveling issues after switching out filament.

This happens when one of your Z stop switch's is not being triggered. there is one on each side. Either it came unplugged, or the hex nut is not seated right.
