Banding in z axis

So are there answers to why there is banding in the z axis that follows geometry?

That's actually known as Ringing. What speed are you printing at

Check the pulley set screw in whatever axis is showing ringing

 

It's in both the X and y axis equally. The belts seem to have adequate tension. And the screws are taught
